We thought we would take the opportunity to write-up about the value of the Recommended Agencies Register (RAR).

Opace are proud to be listed on the recommended agencies register!

Opace are proud to be listed on the Recommended Agencies Register!

This is not something you can simply buy your way onto. You have to actually earn your place on the Recommended Agencies Register through obtaining positive recommendations from your clients. Not familiar with RAR? Let us explain how it works…

What is RAR?

RAR is the Recommended Agencies Register, an online directory that was established in 2007 as a way of helping clients connect with high quality agencies.

The register currently features over 6000 marketing agencies from the UK and overseas that work across every medium you can think of, from web design and SEO to PPC and social media. Over 5,200 clients use the register to find their ideal partner.

The Recommended Agencies Register is actually part of the Carnyx Group, an independent publisher which is responsible for the UK’s largest marketing website, The Drum. The idea to create an online directory full of agencies was born out of The Drum’s annual client survey. The team decided that they could go beyond simply offering a yearly poll, to actually providing a service that both clients and agencies could benefit from.

Thanks to RAR, clients now have access to fresh, comprehensive and unbiased insights on agencies, so they can make informed decisions for their businesses.

Getting on the register

As we mentioned above, agencies can only get onto the Recommended Agencies Register if they have received enough positive recommendations from their clients. This is something that means a lot to our team, as it proves that our clients are extremely satisfied with our services – and there’s nothing better than that for helping other customers to feel confident.

Why are recommendations so important?

Browse the Opace website and you’ll find plenty of project case studies and video testimonials, which we have put together to show off some of the work we have completed. We’re also UKITA Quality Mark holders which is only given where three detailed project testimonials are provided to UKITA for their board members to assess and approve.

As a hard working digital agency, there’s nothing quite like positive feedback and glowing reviews of your services to motivate you to do even better. Positive recommendations are not only good for the ego but more importantly, they help to build confidence when prospective clients are considering whether we’re the right agency for them to work with. We love to hear what our clients think about our services and always encourage them to share feedback either in person, via email or on our social media pages. If you’ve got something to say about our services, please do share it with us!

Thanks for your recommendations; they mean a lot to our team.
