MPL systems is an Award-Winning provider of omni-channel contact centre, customer engagement CRM and field service management software. After hearing about Opace from one of our other clients, MPL systems approached us and asked Opace to deliver a search engine optimisation (SEO) audit and to provide further consultancy to help the business improve its SEO.
We carried out competitor research and a full keyword analysis exercise. We reviewed website meta data and content to identify opportunities for improvements. Following the audit, we provided a hands-off consultancy service to help coach and train the MPL Systems team to develop their website content and to deliver content marketing activities in-house according to agreed action plans.
Within the first 6 months we helped MPL Systems to realise a significant increase in their Google and Bing visibility. This included delivering more than 15 page 1 Google rankings.
