CASE STUDY: GGR Communications
In 2012, GGR Communications approached Opace to provide an SEO review and help the business to formulate a bespoke social media strategy which could be aligned to their SEO. The project that followed was complete refresh their existing Joomla website, bringing the platform up-to-date and using a brand new responsive design. Key issues which were addressed through this work included the need for a mobile-friendly website which could adapt to any screen or device and a better presence in Google search results.
We combined the website development with full on-site SEO to include keyword analysis, meta data optimsaition, website copywriting and functional enhancements Joomla. We then continued to provide ongoing SEO and PR support over the course of the next year, focussing on regular blogging, high quality directory submissions, content marketing and social engagement.
Our SEO efforts resulted in an increase of 14% in Google.co.uk visibility and 14 new page 1 rankings, including competitive keywords like “managed networks”. “network training services”and “data security solutions”.
