Hi there, folks. In this video I’m going to be talking to you about an app called “Questions”. Now questions are basically a poll and a poll is designed to really ask a question and have people answer it, and in this case on Facebook it’s a multiple choice selection of answers that your fans get to choose from in order to enable you to change, or maybe improve, a product or service, or find that information that may help your business or your brand in general. So these are really important, particularly if you want to crowd source or you want to get the collected information or knowledge of your fans in order to improve some aspect of your business. So in order to use Polls, or Questions as they’re known, you can go up to the top of the page, so this is a Facebook page that I’m on, and just above the status bar you can hit “Question” and it appears there. You can also find this usually if you scroll down to the left hand side, just under the Facebook avatar and click on “More” and it’s there, “Question” so you can click that and it’s going to bring up some questions. Also if you are a Facebook profile you can go up to the top where it says “Facebook”, click on that, and that will take you to the Facebook homepage. And also on the homepage you can click “Question” there, or you can go to the left hand side, left hand panel, under “Apps” and click “Questions”. So we’re going to get started. So if we hit “Question” we can put something in here. It says “Learn from your Fans and Others” so I can just pop a question in there. So I’ve just put “What in your opinion is the most important aspect that some businesses lack?” and just below we can put “Add Poll Option” so we can click that. And there’s a number of things that you can put in. You can probably put something like “Quality Products and Services”. You might put something like “Marketing”. We might put something like “Customer Service”. We might put something along the line of “Competitive Prices” or “Competitive Pricing”. And obviously you can add more options, so it could be, we could put something like “Clear Information”. We can add that. And we can also add something like “Creativity” and “Innovation”, and we can also add that one. Okay, then. So those questions have actually gone out. So ideally what I want to get from this is information. It comes across in terms of votes and people basically vote for whatever they think is the most relevant for your business, and answer the question essentially. So you can take that information and you might want to put that into a database. You might want to act upon that information. You might generally want to get people engaged about whatever products or services or aspects of your business that the question refers to. So these are really important. So that’s basically how you create them.
